High-efficiency LED street light luminaire in aluminum cast [R&D AIB-luce Design], self-cleaning design with minimal wind exposure, specifically designed with high heat exchange for LED technology. Durable protective treatment with otdoor polyester powder coating in “Anthracite” RAL 7016 embossed [RAL “Silver” RAL 9006 or other color on request]. Optics with reflector made of 99.9% pure aluminum and total reflection up to 98% with silver PVD [Physical Vapor Deposition] treatment, unalterable over time and with perfect brightness control, with short or medium type II or III light distribution or lens made of PMMA/PC; with 4mm extra-clear tempered glass protection. Standard light in neutral tones 4000K or warm 3000K or very warm 2200K, CRI 70 [80 and 90 on request], fully cut-off optics against light pollution. Optical groups composed of high-power MULTIDIE type LEDs, directly soldered onto pure 5/10 aluminum circuits.
LED power supply system with constant current (Vdc) [300 to 700 mA]. Different operating and switching modes . Heat dissipation system. 110/277 Volt 50/60 Hz power supply, power factor correction in cos-fi ≥0.92, insulation class I and class II, electronic driver with microprocessor control with very high efficiency and overvoltage protection up to 10 kV. Luminaire with IP66 protection rating, H05BQ-F 2x1mm² power cable already externally terminated by means of a cable gland with variable tightening, impact protection rating up to IK08. External stainless steel screws and nuts, horizontal connection of Ø 60mm. Dimensions 628x337x86 mm and weight 5.0 Kg. Different accessories available. Certifications: INMETRO.
